In yet another grooming jihad case, gym trainer Mustafa was booked under MP’s Freedom of Religion Act for hiding his Islamic religious identity from his Hindu wife before marriage. The pregnant woman found out his real identity when he produced his identity card at a maternity hospital where they had gone for her check up.

When the husband, a gym trainer, produced his ID, his wife realized that the man she knew as Gabbar was actually Mustafa, said police. She filed a complaint. Indore’s Dwarkapuri police station in-charge Satish Dwivedi said Mustafa has been booked under MP Dharm Swatantrata Adhiniyam 2020 for hiding his identity from his bride before marriage.

Police said that the complainant had met Mustafa a little over a year ago at a birthday party, where he had identified himself as Gabbar.

Interestingly, a tweet posted by a ‘secular’ journalist who writes for propaganda sites like The Wire Newsclick, Congress mouthpiece National Herald etc. claims that cops filed the case after ‘Bajrang Dal created a ruckus.’ He also shared a video of a policeman addressing the media, where the officer says “The accused (Mustafa) used to assault and abuse the girl, and yesterday too he had threatened her.”

Grooming jihad, colloquially known as ‘Love Jihad’, is rampant across Bharat. Muslim youth indoctrinated with Islamist teachings by fundamentalist clerics and madrasas who preach the superiority of Islam and project Hindus as ‘idol-worshipping, hell-bound kafirs‘, are encouraged to prey on Hindu girls and women. In their minds, Allah has willed the supremacy of Muslims over all others and converting kafirs into Islam, even if it requires use of taqiya i.e. deceit/concealment, is religiously and morally justified. Hinduphobic left-liberals dismiss this ground reality and demonize ordinary Hindus who raise their voice against this evil.

While the ‘Freedom of Religion’ acts introduced by UP, MP, Uttarakhand, Gujarat etc are a welcome step in the right direction, given the abysmal rate of conviction in our courts much more is required to stamp out such crimes against Hindu women.

A mass awakening program is needed in Hindu society by socio-religious groups to educate Hindu families on how fundamentalists of Abrahamic religions view our Dharma, the common tactics used to confuse and convert Hindus, and how blindly believing the ‘all religions are equal’ secular anthem is self-harming. Other practical lessons too are needed like checking for ID cards before befriending someone, staying safe on social media, creating safe spaces in families and communities to openly discuss issues.

While Hindu groups questioning groups of teens seen in pubs, hookah bars etc might seem like ‘moral policing’ and ‘vigilantism’, it is in reality a much-needed self-defense measure or community policing by a Hindu society reeling from the onslaught of religiously motivated predators & pedophiles, in a country where law & order system is sub-optimal.

Genuine Muslim moderates and reformists also need to trigger much-needed introspection among Muslim society as well and sideline fundamentalists like Deobandis, Tablighis, JeI, AIMPLB, PFI etc.
