Aslam changed name to Rakesh for grooming a Hindu girl, caught as a murderer by police!

On the evening of January 28, 2021 nine-year-old Kamil son of Shakir Ali disappeared from outside his house in Amroha, UP. The next day Kamil’s body was found lying on the side of a road in the same district. He had been killed by bashing his head in. The police formed a team to apprehend the killers and the special operations group was also activated. After six months, the city police solved the murder case of the child. They arrested Shanu alias Asif alias Rakesh alias Aslam, a resident of village Joi near Qureshi Chaupal on the information of a informer. During interrogation, he confessed to the brutal murder. Police said that Asif/Aslam/Shanu’s uncle Sattar had a suspicion that his wife was involved in illicit relations with Shakir. So, he planned revenge and killed Kamil, the son of Shakir.

However, a new aspect has come to light in this case. The murderer had groomed a Hindu girl by pretending love and telling his name as Rakesh. Both had also planned to get married in a court in October, 2020. However, due to lack of money, they could not marry and postponed for a few days. To arrange money, he agreed to help Sattar in exacting his gruesome revenge.

Police have related that the arrested criminal Shanu alias Asif alias Aslam specialises in fraud and has cheated many people out of their money in past. He also has Aadhaar cards by his all three names, while he told a fourth name to the Hindu girl. It is not known how he succeeded in getting Aadhaar cards in three different names. The Hindu girl was married off by her relatives sometime after the murder, when Asif/Aslam was on the run.

So many cases of Muslims changing names to prey on Hindu girls coming to light show that there is a concerted and organised effort in this direction. The police will probably never be able to prosecute all the actors due to many reasons. However, Hindu society can at least start by educating their teenage daughters regarding this grave danger.
