“Something is wrong with his brain…it seems his screw is loose”: Mamata rains more abuse on PM

Continuing with her invective-laden tirade against the PM, WB CM Mamata Banerjee, darling of left-liberals and the Lutyens’ establishment, yesterday plumbed new depths by stating, “Something is wrong with his brain. It seems his screw is loose.”

Addressing a rally at West Bengal’s Nandakumar area, Banerjee also attacked the PM saying in her long career as a parliamentarian she never came across such a “ruthless and cruel PM”.

“BJP party means Bharatiya Joghonno (bad) Party…BJP is a party of monsters, demons, Ravana, Duryodhana, Dushasana, unrest and terror,” she added for good measure.

Of course, political reporters in mainstream media are terming this as ‘Political discourse plummeting to new lows’, making it seem as if similar abuses and slurs are being delivered by BJP leaders too.

Another darling of the chattering classes, US-educated and ex-JP Morgan Chase investment banker TMC MP Mohua Moitra (she had first joined Congress upon her return from abroad in 2009) added her pearls of wisdom to the political discourse – “these perverted depraved monkeys think they are going to win Bengal?”

Incidentally, first-time Parliamentarian Moitra had won liberal hearts with a 2019 Lok Sabha speech delivered in flawless English about Modi government displaying ‘early signs of fascism’. The motormouth MP landed herself in a soup when she referred to local press as ‘2-paisa’, leading to condemnation from journalists across Bengal. This liberal superstar has also been caught on camera assaulting a Assam police female constable who was just doing her job.

Contempt for Hindus is something both Moitra and her boss Mamata share – Moitra had disparagingly labelled Hindus of UP as “vanar sena commune” after UP CM Yogi promised that the political violence culture crippling West Bengal would be ended if BJP came to power. Seen along with her recent slur calling BJP leaders ‘perverted monkeys’, it shows a clear disdain for the Hindu epic Ramayana where a vanar sena led by Sri Hanuman helped Bhagwan Ram win the war against Ravana. Such disdain for Hindu Dharma and Hindu religious beliefs is all too common among a certain section of English-educated, deracinated elites.

However, even Mamata Banerjee, who is more connected to the grassroots than parachuted babalog leaders like Moitra, has lost her head in blind pursuit of power and developed an allergy to ‘Jai Sri Ram’. She is even making juvenile comparisons between Hindu deities like claiming ‘Maa Durga is superior to Sri Ram’, and creating new fault-lines in Dharmic society by provoking Santhal vanvasis that they will be ‘forced’ to say ‘Jai Sri Ram’ and won’t be allowed to invoke their supreme power ‘Marang Buru’.

This increasing desperation of secular leaders to posit themselves as guardians of vanvasi Dharmic religions and beliefs like Sarna and Santhal, is laughable as it is these very leaders who have facilitated the predatory conversion of our vanvasi people into foreign religions like Christianity and Islam. These unscrupulous secular leaders want to drive a wedge between vanvasis and mainstream Hindu society, but are absolutely fine with the cultural genocide of vanvasis at hands of Abrahamics! All for a few votes.

Such rants, which are given cover-fire by our mentally colonised and Hinduphobic mainstream media, again prove that secularism has been nothing but a curse on ordinary citizens of this country, and the sooner we rid ourselves of this diseased ideology and turn towards Dharma which is the true source of mutual respect among diverse paths, the better.
