FIR lodged against Md. Azhar who faked identity to marry Hindu woman, forced her into prostitution

Love jihad has been a debated subject for years now, with woke, secular liberals rubbishing it entirely. Love, they say, sees no caste, religion, color or community. While we agree to it to a certain extent, a close observation of the pattern of certain inter-religion ‘love’-marriages, shines the torch on a typical peculiarity.

Whether it is the cream of society, like celebrities, or us commoners, the cases of a Hindu woman marrying a Muslim man surpasses that of Muslim women marrying Hindu men manifold. And in most cases the marriage of a Hindu woman to a Muslim man is succeeded or preceded with change of religion on the part of the woman, be it a successful movie actress like Amrita Singh, or a TV actress like Dipika Kakkar.

These days, marrying Hindu women by weaving a trap around them has become a common crime among men of a certain non-Hindu background. They hide their identities to initiate romance with gullible young women, marry them, and then either force these women to walk on the path picked by these men, or threaten them of facing severe consequences.

The recent spine-chilling case we have is from Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. The victim approached the local police station and filed a complaint against Mohammad Azhar of Shahjahanpur district. The accused was working in a showroom in Nigohi where he met the victim and introduced himself as a member of her own community.

On the pretext of his fake identity, Md. Azhar talked her into a relationship and established physical relationship against the assurance of marriage. He got his friend Zeeshan to record the act which he planned to use later to blackmail her.

After forcing her into marrying him, Md. Ahzar brought her to Bareilly from Shahjahanpur. Thereafter, she was forced to change her faith in a renowned religious venue here. Azhar was decent for the first couple of days, but the mask wore off gradually and he exposed his true violent self to the victim.

The victim further levels charges of gang-rape against Mohammad Azhar and his friends. She states that the two were living together in a rented house in Baradari. That is where Azhar would bring in his friends, Zeeshan, Rikki and Vikki, and force them on the her.

On protesting, Azhar & his friends not only assaulted the woman, but he also threatened to upload his sex tapes with the victim on the internet and make them go viral. Azhar went on to quit his job and pushed the victim in flesh trade to keep the house running.

Azhar’s friend, Zeeshan, would bring in customers daily, Azhar would finalize the deal, get the money from these ‘customers’ and push the victim in a room with them. There were times, when the count of such ‘customers would go up to 2 to 3 a day, she adds.

On hearing the complete account provided by the woman, the police have sent her for medical tests. FIR has been lodged against the woman’s husband, Mohammad Azhar, and his four friends including Zeeshan, Rikki, Vikki and one other. They would be tried under IPC section 323, 506 and 376 D.

Ever since she has lodged the complaint, the victim is facing threats of acid attacks from the accused if she doesn’t withdraw the case. She claims Azhar and Zeeshan are still stalking her on a regular basis.

Police claims that they are conducting raids to arrest the accused. They say the case is being investigated from multiple angles and appropriate action will be taken.
