LRPF registers complaint against Prashant Bhushan for sharing fake letter of NSA Doval

Lutyens cabal member Prashant Bhushan yet again resorted to spreading fake information using his Twitter account. In a now-deleted tweet, Bhushan attempted to malign NSA (National Security Advisor) Ajit Doval by using a fake letterhead and forged signature of the latter and circulating it through his Twitter account.

Taking cognizance of this fraudulent action by Bhushan, legal rights firm LRPF fighting for the rights of indigenous people has submitted a written complaint to the NSA as well as Uttarakhand Chief Secretary and Delhi Cyber Crime Division’s Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) asking for action to be taken against Bhushan under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and Information Technology (IT) Act.

The letter by LRPF states:

With this letter we are bringing the matter to your kind notice that an image of fake letterhead in the name of Shri Ajit Doval, National Security Adviser with forged signature is being circulated on Twitter by a verified handle @pbhushan1 with a write-up given as below:

NSA Doval, complimenting the Chief Secy Uttarakhand for organizing the Kumbh Mela & unashamedly asking him to promote the RSS ideology!!

The said fake letterhead addressing the Chief Secretary of Uttarakhand was posted and circulated on Twitter on 21st April 2021 at 14:13PM by a verified Twitter handle of one named Mr. Prashanth Bhushan, who appears to be an advocate as per the details mentioned in his account profile. It seems that he deleted the tweet by 16:40 PM after gaining the necessary mileage. The tweeted image has lasted for more than 2 hours and attained traction with 576 retweets (including 328 Quoted Tweets) and 1,552 likes which is enough to defame the image of the National Security Adviser.

The link to the above tweet is given below and screenshots of the tweet and letterhead are attached to this email for your reference and necessary action.

We seek your good office to make a thorough inquiry to find out the persons and institutions behind this huge conspiracy and take stringent action in this matter.

We also request your office to give necessary directions to Twitter India Inc., to act on false news promoted on their platform.

In his tweet, Bhushan had alleged that NSA Doval had written a letter complimenting the Uttarakhand Chief Secretary for organizing the Kumbh Mela and that the NSA had even asked the latter to promote RSS ideology. Although, Bhushan deleted the tweet yet his Hindumisic mindset has once again come to the fore.

Bhushan

The likes of Bhushan who knock on the doors of the apex court at unearthly hours to save a terrorist, harbor deep-rooted hatred for Hindu Dharma. Bhushan’s Hindumisia is so deep that since he sees the present government under PM Modi as a Hindutva government, he resorts to such cheap gimmicks as forging the letterhead and signature of the NSA himself.

Apex court handling people like Bhushan with kid gloves has encouraged them to carry out such malicious and false campaigns targeting government and government officials time and again.
