A 16-year-old class 10th student was lured by her boyfriend ‘Sonu’ (real name Salman) on pretext of meeting his parents for marriage, then held captive in a Delhi flat and gang-raped by the boyfriend and 3 others for 2 days.
The rapists dumped the girl at Natthupura Chowk on Tuesday night, from where she managed to reach her house. Police was informed on Wednesday and medical examination has confirmed rape. A case of gangrape along with other POCSO (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act) sections has been lodged against the accused. On Thursday, police arrested two accused – Salman aka Sonu (21), and Imran (22), while they are hunting for the other two perpetrators.
The girl who is a resident of Jyoti Nagar in Delhi has been discharged from hospital but is mentally disturbed and undergoing counselling.
The girl told police that around 2 months back Salman befriended her after giving his name as Sonu. After this the two of them started meeting and chatting. On 18 February, she was on the way to the Government school where she studies when Salman took her to a flat in Yamuna Vihar on the pretext of meeting his parents for their marriage.
At the flat, she was offered a cold drink laced with sedatives. When she was in a semi-conscious state, Salman’s 3 accomplices came out of the other room and all 4 gang-raped her for two days. When she opposed, she was thrashed and even her private parts were injured.
The girl’s parents said that this is a case of Love Jihad – the accused Salman hid his real identity and assumed a Hindu-sounding name to snare their daughter in his love trap.

The girl’s parents are absolutely right – this is a clearcut case of Love Jihad – a term which has become widespread across Bharat due to a large number of such cases over the last few decades. Only if more parents were to shed the inhibition & political correctness (bred by decades of secularist brain-washing) which stops them from discussing this and other core anti-Hindu beliefs of Islam & Christianity, our daughters might just have a better chance of protecting themselves. An incompetent law & order machinery, including an out of touch judiciary which usually lets off such criminals with nothing more than a slap on the wrist, further emboldening this vile breed, also needs to share the blame.
Love Jihad takes various shapes and forms – the Muslim man assuming a fake Hindu identity is a common variant in Bharat – but at the heart of it, the intent is the same – targeting kaffir (non-Muslim) girls & women for sexual exploitation or conversion and marriage.
Whether it is UK, where Love Jihad takes the form of ‘sexual grooming’ as we saw in the horrific Rotherham case where more than 1,400 youngsters (mostly vulnerable White girls) were groomed, trafficked and raped in the town over a 16-year period by gangs of mostly British-Pakistani Muslim men, or the AFCM (Abduction, Forced Conversion, Marriage) model which sees around 25 minor Hindu & Christian girls being snatched each month in Pakistan’s Sindh province – the phenomenon & its theological & ideological moorings remain the same .
Dismissed as an ‘RSS-led Hindutva hate campaign’ by our latte sipping, NDTV watching, Guha-Tharoor reading, mall-hopping urban elite, the Love Jihad menace which ordinary Hindus are grappling with today is certain to hit them smack in the face one day, as a recent case demonstrated.
