Christian Missionary gets 18 Years in Prison for Molesting 3 Minor Girls

An 81-year-old former pastor and missionary was sentenced Thursday to 18 years in prison for sexually assaulting three girls in California, USA.

Douglas Dale Whinery pleaded guilty to seven felony counts of lewd acts on a child under the age of 14.

Prosecutors allege that Whinery was in a position of trust when he met the 8-, 9- and 10-year-old girls. At the time, he was involved with the Olive Crest Church in Santa Ana, the Foothill Family Church in Foothill Ranch and the Grace Church in Yorba Linda.

Whinery was accused of molesting the 9-year-old girl sometime between January 2005 and June 2006. Prosecutors said he was caring for the girl and her sister while they were in California to go to a theme park.

According to prosecutors, Whinery met the 10-year-old and 8-year-old girls at a park in Tustin. He was accused of grooming the pair, giving them money, taking them to school and church and letting them spend the night at his home.

Whinery sexually assaulted the two girls on multiple occasions between Nov. 7, 2011, and March 28, 2016, prosecutors said. One of the girls told a family member in late March. Tustin police investigated the allegations, taking Whinery into custody on March 30.

Prosecutors said there were other alleged victims who were not included in the charges, but were willing to testify to sexual assaults by Whinery dating back as far as 40 years.

A longtime pilot, Whinery founded the Tustin-based Wings of Faith Ministries, a nonprofit that flies supplies to missionaries working on remote Native American Indian reservations.

Evangelizing the ‘Unreached’

Christianity is a proselytizing faith, i.e. it believes in spreading the ‘Good News’ that Jesus Christ died to pay the penalty for our sin so that we might become the children of God and attain salvation through faith alone in Christ alone. The underlying assumption of Christianity is that all non-Christians are intrinsically inferior and ‘lost souls’ who are wallowing in a primitive culture from which they have to be ‘rescued’.

Hence, the story of the spread of Christianity – first within Europe and then to other continents like North and South America, Africa, Australia and Asia – is a chilling tale of genocide, war and barbarity, all under the guise of a ‘civilizing mission’ i.e. of spreading the message of the ‘one true God’ to the ‘unreached’ masses. The spread of Christianity was primarily by the sword, and is no different from the way Islam spread.

Lets look at the mission statement of Wing of Faiths, the ministry / charity established by the paedophile pilot & missionary Douglas Dale Whinery (In Christianity, ministry is an activity carried out by Christians to express or spread their faith) –

Our motto is “Real People Meeting Real Needs.” Wings of Faith provides on-going support and donations to missionaries mainly serving Native American populations in the United States and is committed to helping the poor, abused, hungry and forgotten people in these communities.  Our organization utilizes a team of volunteers to pilot light aircraft and drive ground vehicles to spread the gospel of Christ in tangible ways by transporting Bibles, food, clothing, medical supplies and other necessary aid to those who need it most.

The mission statement of a charity like ‘Wing of Faiths’ is almost similar to what several Christian charities claim to do in Bharat, i.e. serve the needs of impoverished Hindu masses. Organized sexual abuse of native children is just an occupational hazard for the Church, or so it seems.

As Dr. David Frawley says

“The missionary assault on Hinduism and other non-Christian religions is not diminishing. It has changed tactics since the colonial era in which it relied on brute force extending to genocide. The colonial era also involved educational propaganda on various levels and economic gains for converts, which have been streamlined today.

Since the independence of non-Christian countries, the new missionary methodology relies on media propaganda and charity, hiding religious exclusivism and intolerance under the guise of freedom of religion. Evangelical groups are the most vociferous, still speaking of hell, fire and brimstone, Hindus as worshipping demons, and promoting fake miracles in the name of Christ.

But other Christian groups are still misrepresenting Hindu Dharma and its profound teachings. Some are trying to coopt Hindu Dharma into Christianity with aartis in churches and Om on crosses.”

Predatory missionaries & ‘Child welfare’ Charities

Umpteen cases have come to light from across the world of Christian priests & missionaries sexually abusing young girls and minor children. While Vatican and Protestant Churches have been laggardly in acknowledging the systemic problem and have actually tried to protect the offending clergy, the criminal justice system in the West is now acting against such predators and handing out deterrent penalties.

But in Bharat, the missionaries and Generic Church operate with impunity and many criminal missionaries who have been found to be involved in heinous sexual crimes against children are yet to be punished.

In fact, a child rapist Indian priest who was convicted in the US for raping multiple girls inside churches and served a prison sentence, was re-instated by the Roman Catholic Church of Southern India at the direction of the Vatican! Multiple nuns from Kerala have come forward with their horror stories of how they are sexually abused and exploited by seniors within closed doors of convents. Rampant abuse of children in orphanages and educational institutions run by the Church is exemplified by the Grace Home case of Rajasthan.

But such is the clout the Church enjoys in Bharat that they virtually control our media, enjoying tremendous PR across all media organizations and having the ability to censor any news of entertainment media content deemed offensive. The ‘Christians Under Attack’ false narrative stirred up by the Church and their media lobbyists last year before the Delhi Assembly elections, shows how formidable a propaganda machinery they possess.
