Christian Teacher of a Government Aided Missionary School in Tamil Nadu Arrested For Sexually Harassing His Students

A christian teacher, at Panagudi in Tirunelveli district of Tamil Nadu. who had captured inappropriate pictures and videos of his female students in his mobile phone has been arrested by the Police. Antonysami, who is currently working as a computer science teacher in a government school at Panagudi, was earlier working in a government aided Sacred Hearts Higher Secondary School at the same town. While working there he had sexually harassed his female students by threatening to give fail marks to those who resisted him. Further in the absence of others, he had also sexually assaulted the students and captured many private pictures and videos of his students in his mobile phone.

Recently, a few months back, Antonysami had given his mobile for service at a mobile store in Panagudi. The shopkeeper found the inappropriate pictures and videos of the students in the memory card of the mobile and shared it with his friends. After this, the shopkeeper and his friends blackmailed Antonysami to pay him a huge sum in return for keeping these videos as a secret. As Antonysami resisted, the shopkeeper and his friends handed over the pictures and videos to the Police. As a result, the police had registered complaints from the parents of the students and have arrested Antonysami.
