Gurugram cops arrest 2 for posting abusive video threatening to rape ‘daughters of Hindus’

The Gurugram police has arrested two Muslim youths for posting inflammatory comments on social media on Sunday.

Farman and Salman, both residents of Jaipur’s Shastri Nagar, were arrested after concerned citizens sent a message on February 28 to Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar on his Twitter handle.

The CM directed the Gurugram Police to take action and the police as well as the Cyber Cell swung into action, traced the two accused, lodged an FIR against them at the Cyber Crime police station and started investigations.

In a reply to the Haryana Chief Minister, Gurugram Police tweeted, “Respected Sir, Cyber police Gurugram took immediate cognizance of the matter, registered an FIR and conducted a thorough investigation. We have identified the accused and arrested two of them from Jaipur, Rajasthan today.”

In the video, a group of Muslim men were seen issuing violent threats to Hindus using extremely vulgar language. The video was uploaded from Jaipur, Rajasthan. However, the Gurugram police conducted a raid to arrest the accused whose phone was used in the crime.

The youths recorded a video message in which they blatantly hurl abuses at the Hindus. They are not only heard using extremely offensive language against the Hindus but openly threatening to rape the Hindu women.

“Both the accused were arrested and after lodging FIR, investigations have been initiated. Thus, the attempts to spoil the communal harmony of the district were thwarted and their mission got failed, just because of cooperation extended by a common man,” ACP (crime) Preet Pal Singh Sangwan said.

The official said that the citizen who came up with the information was also informed about the action taken. The citizen thanked the Gurugram police for timely action and also thanked the CM for immediate intervention.

Chief Minister Manohar Lal and Gurugram Police thanked the citizen for giving the information and appealed all citizens of the district to be vigilant while receiving or forwarding the posts on social media.

HinduPost Note

This incident shows how important it is for ordinary Hindus to keep their eyes and ears peeled for any anti-Hindu acts, whether on social media or in real life. For too long, we have ignored anti-Hindu hate speech, abuse, denigration of our Gods and Dharma, open calls for genocide of Hindus – all under the false assumption that Dharma teaches us to ignore such acts in order to maintain communal harmony. On the contrary, ignoring only emboldens such elements who have gathered immense strength in the 70 years since Independence while Hindus have been busy following Gandhian/Nehruvian precepts of ‘turning the other cheek’.

Hindu women continue to be raped, labelled as sexually degenerate, while our samaj is seen as insular,  divided, apathetic and somnolent. Hindus have been driven out of Kashmir, out of Mizoram, we routinely face ultimatums to leave the North East, and a gradual exodus is underway from the mohallas, kasbas and villages of states as disparate as UP, Delhi, West Bengal and Assam.

Anti-Hindu elements, some wearing the sophisticated mask of social justice and liberalism, have wormed their way into all institutions of our democracy, aided and abetted by ‘secular’ Hindu politicians – their ultimate aim remains the utter destruction of Hindus, Dharma and our civilisation.

A simple social media post or campaign against these anti-Hindu elements can yield positive results, as this incident shows. No action is too small. Our responsibility does not end with just exercising our vote – we need to aid and prod the state machinery into acting against the rampant anti-Hindu forces. We need to organise ourselves legally, politically, socially, economically to defeat our enemies, including internal traitors, to ensure that Bharat remains a land of Dharma – a country where every community co-exists with mutual respect and harmony. Eternal vigilance is the price of freedom.
