The kanwariyas were going towards Jaipur via Todara Singh road in Malpura, when some people attacked them. Locals say that some fanatics attacked the Kanwariyas in a pre-planned manner. People are demanding action against the accused immediately. Mob violence & vandalism has been reported even after Section 144 was applied on the area.

It is said that a 2000-strong Muslim mob has gathered at the Malpura truck stand and some people are also sending provocative messages on Whatsapp that may worsen the scenario.
