Now, Karnataka Congress Leader Threatens to Set Government Office on Fire

Narayanswamy, Congress block president of KR Puram constituency, threatened to set a Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) office in Bengaluru on fire. A video of him throwing petrol in the office and threatening the officials to set the office ablaze has gone viral.

Narayanswamy is said to be a close aide of Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah. The incident took place on February 16 when a BBMP official refused to comply with Narayanswamy’s demands of providing a fake ‘khata’ (land document), India Today has reported.

This incident comes days after Karnataka’s Congress MLA NA Haris’s son Mohammad Haris Nalapad brutally thrashed a man in a pub in Bengaluru’s UB City over a trivial argument.
