“Situation Normal” after Hindu Girl Priti Mathur Stabbed to Death by Muslim Stalker in Delhi

Another day, another case of a young Hindu girl killed by a Muslim man for refusing his advances.  Yesterday, in the heart of our capital, and just a few meters away from the busy Mathura road, 20-year-old Priti Mathur was stabbed to death by 25-year-old Munasir Ahmed. Her crime: she refused his advances.

Young Priti came running into the crowded market, full of jewellery shops in Bhogal, Delhi.  “Bachao, bachao,” she screamed, hoping someone would help her. In full pursuit was the Muslim man, hunting for kafir prey. His name: Munasir Ahmed. Priti was his object of lust, and she had refused him. How dare she? A mere Kafir? Refuse a momeen?  She had to die. He stabbed her 8 times, the final one in her neck, before the crowd was able to restrain him. Priti was taken to AIIMS, but died on the way.

Priti was working as a domestic help and babysitter in Bhogal, a locality in Delhi’s Nizamuddin area, while also pursuing a college degree (BA first year) via correspondence. She was staying with 4 brothers, one of whom is an auto-driver and the rest are labourers, while her parents lived in Tughlaqabad. In short, she was a young girl from humble origins trying hard to work her way up in life.

Priti was not the first Hindu girl to die for refusing to satisfy a momeen’s lust. She won’t be the last. But my question to my Hindu brothers and sisters is this: When are WE going to take our stand?  How many more of our daughters & sisters must die before we take a stand?

Oh, and why is the “situation normal” mere days after an independent young girl was killed in the prime of life? That is how a leading newspaper, Hindustan Times characterized it.

This tweet is right on the money about MSM attitude towards reporting such crimes –
