Bike stuntman and You-Tuber Nizamul Khan, 2 others arrested for shooting dead Kamal Sharma

Police have arrested 3 men for the murder of one Kamal Sharma outside the ISKCON temple in Noida Sector-32 on Wednesday night.

Nizamul Khan, Sumit Sharma and Amit Gupta were arrested on Monday afternoon. Khan is a minor celebrity on YouTube where he posts bike stunt videos. Police stated that Kamal was killed because he objected to relations between his sister and one of the accused.

Police have also recovered the gun used to murder Kamal. Earlier, villagers in Nithari had blocked the main road and protested, refusing to cremate the body. The protest only ended when local BJP MP Mahesh Sharma and senior police officials arrived to placate them.

Nizamul Khan has a verified YouTube channel with almost a million subscribers. One of his videos titled ‘Girlfriend ho to aise‘ shows Nizamul (playing himself) with a girlfriend named ‘Sakshi’. Sakshi sells her diamond ring to buy an expensive bike that Nizamul dreams for.  The video also shows Sakshi argue with another girl over why she chose Nizamul, who the other girl calls beneath her as he is a ‘scooter-wala’; Sakshi retorts that Nizamul is the one for her, and the other girl won’t understand how happy he makes her.

This video has over 13 million views.

And ‘Girlfriend ho to aise’ also has a Part 2 and Part 3, where the story narrates around Nizamul with another girlfriend ‘Neha’ in which both try to prove their love to each other by selling something dear to themselves to bail out the other.

Nizamul Khan used to routinely endorse products on his YouTube videos.

Update

Other news reports have confirmed that Nizamul Khan is the prime accused who shot dead Kamal Sharma, as the victim used to stop Khan from meeting his sister.
