In disturbing reports from West Bengal, Hindu houses & shops in Diamond Harbor area of South 24 Parganas district have been looted by extremist Muslim mobs shouting ‘Nara-e-Takbeer..Allah hu Akbar‘ (Shout out loud…Allah is greatest).
Representatives of Hindu human rights outfit SinghaBahini visited the devastated families and shared their video testimony.
Earlier, Swarajya had reported that Hindus were fleeing from their households in village Bagakhali under Bishnupur block of Diamond Harbour after local mosques allegedly called for violent attacks against them.
My Nation also reported that a 200-strong Muslim mob ransacked houses belonging to the Hindu community in Satgachia area, Diamond Harbour Lok Sabha constituency, from 11 May onwards.
Hindu women narrated their ordeal to My Nation –
“They are beating us as we are Hindus….they are Muslims that is why they had the courage. They are beating women also…even male police is beating us women. They are throwing bombs inside houses.”
Watch the footage below:
It has also been reported that Hindus were not allowed to vote in the Muslim dominated areas of Raiganj Lok Sabha constituency.
Such instances of beleaguered Hindus being attacked by Muslim mobs have become a common feature in many parts of Bengal, and HinduPost has been doggedly covering this ground reality to which sections of MSM (mainstream media) are waking up only now.
In the last few years, communal clashes leading to wide-scale looting of Hindu properties and/or exodus of Hindus have been reported from various parts of West Bengal like Asansol & Raniganj, Dhulagarh (Howrah), Burdwan, Malda etc.
We have maintained for long that free & fair elections in West Bengal can now only be conducted under President’s Rule. And only voting in elections will not ensure dignity and security of Hindus, as senior activist Sri Tapan Ghosh rightly says.
Hindus in West Bengal and across the world have to wake out of their stupor and self-organize to respond robustly to this clear and present threat to their way of life, their very existence in the one country they can call home.
