Sandeshkhali – Mamata’s Killing Fields; 25 BJP workers killed in a day?!

On June 8th and 9th, in the Sandeshkhali subdivision of Basirhat, North 24 Parganas district of W. Bengal, Mamata Didi’s TMC goons unleashed carnage of the sort rarely seen in the annals of political violence in Bharat. It is alleged that no less than 25 BJP workers simply ‘disappeared’ during the reign of terror lasting 24-36 hours.

At first, the BJP reported that at least 3 of its workers had been killed.  Here is a twitter sourced image of one of the murdered BJP workers –

The number then rose to 8, and the number of missing is reportedly 25.  Social media sources have reported gunny bags containing bodies of at least 17 BJP workers being recovered from the river banks (this area is home to the famous Sunderbans), although no official confirmation has been received. Even India Today reported BJP sources as stating that 18 party workers are missing.

The killings are alleged to be masterminded and executed by TMC leader Shahjehan Sheikh.  A particularly disturbing possibility is that he is alleged to have armed and unleashed Rohingya settlers to do the vile deeds.

Meanwhile, common Hindus are leaving Sandeshkhali to avoid being terrorized by the mobs led by Shahjehan Shaikh and his goons.

Is there anyone who thinks West Bengal should not immediately be put under President’s rule, and the military deployed in areas like Sandeshkhali to weed out the Islamist-TMC-Rohingya violent nexus?
